The Magic of Film

This video is something that I put together last summer. I went on a fishing trip with my Grandad and cousin, Travis to Isabel Lake in Rye, Colorado. I didn't plan on filming, but there is something special about moments like these. There is something about film that seperates it from any other media.

A picture can capture a moment but a film creates something that you can't really explain: A combination of music, motion, and magic. Part of the magic is making something that helps you forget that your looking through a camera. To feel like a silent observer that can go back in time to review a moment caught in time and space, this is the beauty of video and film.
